Whether due to age, temperament, or medical conditions, our Special Needs Guests require individualized care and special accommodations. Trained staff members will go above and beyond to ensure our Special Needs Guest remains comfortable, happy and healthy for the duration of their stay. Special Needs Guests are considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to an additional daily fee.
Special Needs Fees:
Lodging – $15 daily (non-social temperament – $28 daily)
Day Resort – $6 daily
Special accommodations include:
- Special handling for non-social or reactive guests
- Private out-of-suite opportunities for unaltered guests
- Extra potty breaks
- Personalized feeding times
- Medication injections as needed (extra fee applies for injections)
